Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations are fully refundable if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Rescheduling requests or cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in full charge to the card on file, as staffing, preparation, and space reservation have already been secured. Private Event Use Only All parties and private events at Go Grow are private, hosted gatherings. Guests are not permitted to sell tickets, charge admission, or create public ticketed events (including but not limited to Eventbrite, Instagram ticket links, or third-party platforms). Any attempt to monetize or publicly ticket a private event without prior written approval will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Guest Responsibility & Waivers The event host is required to sign a party waiver on behalf of all attending guests. The host assumes responsibility for the conduct, supervision, and safety of all guests during the event, including children and accompanying adults. Damages & Property Care The event host is financially responsible for any damage to Go Grow property, play structures, furnishings, walls, flooring, equipment, or supplies caused by guests during the event, beyond normal wear and tear. If damages occur, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the card on file following assessment. Supervision & Conduct Children must remain supervised at all times. Unsafe behavior, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow staff guidance may result in the event being paused or ended early without refund. Outside Vendors & Decor Any outside vendors, entertainers, or decorators must be approved in advance. Unapproved vendors or setups may be denied entry.
