GO GROW PLAYROOMS – EVENT AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER
SECTION 1: EVENT DETAILS & FURNITURE PROVIDED
As part of this agreement, Go Grow Playrooms (“Go Grow”) agrees to provide the following items for the private party:
One (1) large table with twelve (12) adult chairs
Three (3) white folding tables
One (1) white dessert table
Three (3) children’s tables with thirty (30) children’s Chiavari chairs
One (1) cooler (Client must supply their own ice)
Go Grow staff will assist with placement of tables and chairs prior to the event, but final decor, food setup, and personalization are the responsibility of the Client.
SECTION 2: SETUP & TAKEDOWN TIME POLICY
Client is permitted to access the venue for setup and takedown only during their reserved time slot.
Early arrival or late departure will result in additional charges at the Venue’s standard overtime rate, invoiced after the event.
Go Grow is not responsible for incomplete setup or takedown due to the Client exceeding the time limit.
No items may be stored at the facility before or after the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SECTION 3: LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
As the host of a private event at Go Grow, I acknowledge and agree to the following on behalf of myself, my child(ren), and all invited guests, including but not limited to children and their parents/guardians:
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that Go Grow is an indoor play facility for young children and that participation in play activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in play activities, including those that may result from the negligence of Go Grow, its owners, employees, or representatives.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being allowed to host and participate in a private event at Go Grow, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Go Grow, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or related to participation in activities at the facility.
HOST RESPONSIBILITY
As the event host, I accept full responsibility for ensuring all guests comply with Go Grow’s rules and policies, including:
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
Shoes must be removed before entering the play area; socks are required
No rough play, climbing on non-play structures, or unsafe behavior
No food or drinks inside the play area
SECTION 4: MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
In the event of an injury or medical emergency involving myself, my child(ren), or my guests, I authorize Go Grow staff to seek medical assistance, including contacting emergency services. I understand I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
SECTION 5: PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
I grant Go Grow permission to use photographs or video taken during the event for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials. If I do not consent, I will notify Go Grow in writing prior to the event.
SECTION 6: ACKNOWLEDGMENT & SIGNATURE
I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Event Agreement and Liability Waiver. I am signing on behalf of myself, my children, and all event guests.
