Frequently Asked Questions
What ages is Go Grow best for?
Go Grow is thoughtfully designed for children ages 0–8, with a special focus on babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. You’ll see crawlers, early walkers, and big kids playing side by side — which is exactly how we intended it. Our layout and materials prioritize safety and freedom of movement for our littlest guests.
Is Go Grow clean?
Yes — and this is something we’re genuinely known for.
Go Grow is often described as the cleanest family space in Canton. We clean continuously throughout the day, sanitize high-touch areas, and choose materials that are easier to keep hygienic than traditional plastic play spaces. Cleanliness is part of our standard, not an add-on.
Can we bring outside food?
Yes.
All families are welcome to bring outside food, and members especially love this flexibility. Many of our members bring lunch, snacks, or cultural foods and make a full day of it. You can also order food or chai from Cups N Chai next door.
Do you provide snacks or essentials?
We keep a few things simple and parent-friendly.
We offer:
• Free bananas
• Free diapers
• Water on-site
Because parenting is already a lot — we try to make it easier where we can.
Is Go Grow screen-free?
Yes. Go Grow is intentionally screen-free. Our space is designed to encourage movement, imagination, social interaction, and calmer play without overstimulation.
Do parents stay with their children during open play?
Yes. Go Grow is a parent-supervised play space during open play hours. We also offer specific programs, classes, and partner experiences where care or facilitation is clearly outlined.
What makes Go Grow different?
Go Grow isn’t just about play — it’s about how it feels to be here.
Families often tell us they choose Go Grow because:
• The environment is calmer and less chaotic
• The space is clean and thoughtfully designed
• The community is welcoming and genuinely fun
• Kids of different ages can play together
• Parents actually enjoy being here
Our members are social, friendly, and tend to stick around — it’s a big part of the vibe.
Is Go Grow a small business?
Yes — proudly.
Go Grow is a locally owned, growing small business, built by a parent for parents. Every visit, membership, and event truly matters and helps us continue improving the space and offerings.
What’s the best way to support Go Grow?
The biggest way to support Go Grow is by booking a birthday party or private event here.
Our parties help us:
• Pay our team fairly
• Keep open play accessible
• Continue offering free essentials
• Invest back into the space and programming
Memberships, events, and sharing us with friends also mean a lot.
Do you host birthday parties and private events?
Yes — and we’re known for them.
Go Grow hosts fully hosted, stress-free parties in our 4,000 sq ft space and can accommodate large, multi-generational gatherings. If children are part of your celebration — birthdays and beyond — Go Grow was built for it.
What is Little Break?
We proudly partner with Little Break, a co-work and childwatch experience designed for parents who need a few focused hours while their children play safely nearby. Details, days, and availability are listed separately.
How can I ask more questions?
We’re always happy to help.
If you have questions that aren’t answered here, the best way to reach us is by phone. We’re a small team, and real conversations are often easier than back-and-forth messages.
